Our Dental Benefit Program helps you save on dental costs for you and your family! The program includes:
  • Substantial discounts from our regular fee schedule (15% discount!)
  • Access to a health savings account
  • Further benefits to help members reach their dental health goals at an affordable price
This program is not dental insurance. There are no member fees and all family members qualify. That makes our program perfect for those who don’t have dental insurance or those patients who have reached their annual maximum on their insurance plan.

How the Dental Benefit Program Works

Our Dental Benefit Program allows you to receive dental benefits without premiums, deductibles, coverage maximums or insurance company restrictions. The Dental Benefit program covers all dental services, including: In addition to discounts on our dental fee schedule, you will receive access to savings tools, like our Healthy Savings Account, which will help you budget for future dental needs.

How to Sign Up

To sign up, all you have to do is follow the instructions on the Dental Benefit Program page and follow the instructions.There, you and your family will be able to sign up and start using your benefits! A benefit card will be mailed to you in 3-5 business days.
